Description of the project
The project provides for reconstruction of the existing engineering buildings and structures on the territory of the Lubny Seed Processing Plant. The allocated area is in the central part of the enterprise. The design site is limited by the railroad, the asphalt road and production buildings and structures of the enterprise. The site topography is smooth. The allocated area is asphalted with the existing pavement. There are production brick buildings – the furnace room, the dryer – at the design site that have to be dismantled.
Project solutions
The project includes the following sections: explanatory note, site layout (external water supply and sewerage networks, external power supply networks), process solutions, architectural and construction solutions (metal structures, reinforced concrete structures), utilities, electrical solutions, lightning protection, firefighting measures. The project provides for the construction of the following production and ancillary buildings and structures:
