Description of the project
The package of projects has been developed for the reconstruction and overhaul of hospital buildings and auxiliary buildings of the Kirovohrad Oblast Hospital of the Kirovohrad Oblast Council Municipal Nonprofit Enterprise.
The projects include the development of planning and technological solutions for the premises in accordance with modern regulatory and legislative requirements.
All operating rooms, wards and offices are equipped with appropriate modern medical equipment and modern office furniture.
The departments are equipped with small-scale mechanization means (gurneys, wheelchairs, tables for food transportation, etc.).
The units will be equipped with domestic and foreign medical and process equipment that has comprehensive certificates of conformity, registration certificates and is approved for use by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Thermal modernization of buildings and structures is also envisaged. Finishing and insulation of facades, including facade metal cases with insulation (ventilated facades).

The following project disciplines have been completed:
Project Summary, General Plan, Production Techniques, External Electrical Lighting, Architectural & Civil Engineering Solutions, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Water Supply and Sewage, Electrical Lighting (internal), Power Equipment, Communication Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Lightning Protection, Environmental Impact Assessment, Medical Gases, Exterior Finishes Schedule, Structural Timberwork.
The construction will be carried out in one or two stages (by buildings and units).
Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the following buildings and structures, namely:
- Building 3 (prenatal center)
- Building 4 (hematology department)
- Building 5 (burn unit)
- Building 6 (surgical department)
- Archive and passage between the buildings
- Catering unit
- Boiler house
- Helipad
- Comprehensive reconstruction of external networks on the territory of the institution
