Description of the project
The project provides for the overhaul of the laboratory and practical suit of the Zinkiv Regional Center for Vocational Education at 52 Pohribniaka Str., the city of Zinkiv.
The general plan was developed in accordance with the design assignment and taking into account the requirements of DBN B.2.2-12:2019 Planning and Development of Territories. The project was developed using a topographic basis developed by POLTAGROPROEKT RESEARCH, DESIGN AND SURVEY INSTITUTE LLC in 2023 at 1:500 scale.
The laboratory practical building houses laboratories, workshops, classrooms, a locker room, bathrooms and other auxiliary facilities. Training workshops and laboratories have convenient connections with functional groups of other premises
Overhaul of the buildings includes:
- teardown of the existing and installation of a new combined roof covering, installation of a RAIN-WAY 130/100 type external drainage system;
- external insulation of the plinth and foundations 1.0 m below ground level deep, external insulation of walls with heat-insulating non-combustible basalt fiber plates;
- redevelopment of the basement floor;
- dismantling of old and installation of new doors and windows;
- installation of new flooring, interior ceiling finishing, wall finishing;
- other types of internal and external works.
Work schedule and organization of children’s life at the educational institution are determined by its founder and approved by the educational authorities and territorial bodies of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine.

The construction will be carried out in two stages.
