Overhaul of the laboratory and practical facility at the Regional Center for Vocational Education in Zinkiv at 52 Pohribniaka St., Zinkiv, Poltava Region

The project involves the overhaul of the laboratory and practical facility at the Regional Center for Vocational Education in Zinkiv located at 52 Pohribniaka St., Zinkiv.

The master plan has been developed in accordance with the design assignment and the requirements of the State Building Codes B.2.2-12:2019 “Planning and Development of Territories”. The project utilizes a topographic base developed by LLC “NDPVI ‘POLTAGROPROEKT’ of 2023 at a scale of 1:500.

The premises of the laboratory and practical facility include laboratories, workshops, offices, locker rooms, bathrooms, and other auxiliary facilities. Training workshops and laboratories have convenient connections with the functional groups of other premises.

Overhaul of the buildings includes:

• Dismantling the existing roof and installing a new combined roof covering, along with an external organized drainage system of the RAIN-WAY 130/100 type;
• External insulation of the plinth and foundations to a depth of 1.0 m below ground level, and external insulation of walls with heat-insulating, non-combustible basalt fiber boards;
• Redevelopment of the basement floor;
• Dismantling old and windows and installing new ones;
• Installation of new flooring, interior ceiling finishing, and wall finishing;
• Internal and external works of other types.

The mode of operation and organization of children’s activities in the educational institution are established by its founder in agreement with the educational authorities and territorial bodies of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine.
