Description of the project
The project proposes the reconstruction of a poultry farm, which will include the addition of two poultry houses at the following address: Potoky village, Kremenchuk District, Poltava Region.
The enterprise is designed for the year-round raising of poultry to ensure a consistent production of chicken eggs throughout the entire year.
The layout of the buildings and structures is designed to facilitate the sequential operation of process equipment in accordance with the production workflow.

Explanatory Note (EN), Master Plan (MP), External Water Supply Networks (EWS), External Electrical Lighting (EEL), Production Technology (PT), Architectural and Structural Solutions (ASS), Concrete (Reinforced Concrete) Structures (CS), Steel Structures (SS), Water Supply and Sewerage (WS), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Power Electrical Equipment (PEE), Internal Electrical Lighting (IEL), Fire Alarm System (FAS), Lightning Protection (LP), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Construction Organization Project (COP), Cost Estimate Documentation (CED).
The construction (reconstruction) will take place in one stage.
Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the following objects of buildings and structures, namely:
- Buildings of poultry houses 1 and 2
- Bunker for mixed fodder
- Area for manure collector
- External water supply and sewage networks
- Fire water supply
- External power supply networks
