Description of the project
The project involves the renovation of a dairy farm located at 25 Ukrainska Street in the village of Tishchenky, Mirgorod District, Poltava Region.
The property includes an operational farm with existing administrative buildings, a garage, and barns, all of which are in need of renovation.
The goal of the project is to renovate the dairy and livestock complex for housing the milking herd, including the completion and expansion of the barns, as well as the construction of a new milking and processing facility featuring a GEA DairyRotor T8900 rotary milking parlor equipped with the CowMander 600 herd management system, capable of milking 60 cows simultaneously.
Production remains steady throughout the year.
Project solutions

Construction will take place in two phases.
The design and cost estimate documentation has been prepared for the following facilities: buildings and structures, namely:
- renovation of three existing barns;
- construction of two cowsheds;
- construction of four connecting walkways between the barns;
- construction of a shelter for raising calves;
- construction of a milking and dairy unit;
- construction of a separation plant;
- construction of a fire suppression pump station;
- construction of fire protection tanks (2 units, 128 m³ each);
- construction of two septic tanks;
- construction of a tank for collecting process wastewater;
- construction of a slurry tank and a sedimentation tank;
- construction of a fallout shelter;
- construction of a site for a crematorium and waste disposal facility;
- construction of a cattle drive.
