Reconstruction of a hotel and restaurant complex with the completion of residential rooms and ancillary facilities at 7 Evropeiska St., Poltava

Sketch of development intentions “Reconstruction of the hotel and restaurant complex with the completion of residential rooms and auxiliary premises at 7 Evropeiska St., Poltava” was made to increase the number of premises of the existing hotel “Gallery”.

The existing 4-storey hotel was built according to an individual project. The material of the exterior walls is brick, the floors are precast concrete round hollow core slabs. The height of the floors is 3.3 meters. The conditional height of the existing hotel is variable, within 26.5 m. The existing total area of the hotel is 3085.5 m2.

The projected extension is located on columns, above the existing pedestrian passage between the buildings of the Gallery Hotel and the Dolphin swimming pool. The extension is adjacent to the hotel’s staircase, which provides a connection between the existing and the completed premises. On the other hand, the extension has its own staircase, for evacuation purposes, with an exit to the outside. The extension houses hotel rooms and premises for recreation and socializing. Residential rooms have separate sanitary facilities. On the upper (attic) floor, recreational facilities with a greenhouse are planned.

Solutions to ensure an unobstructed environment are existing, provided by the layout of the existing hotel (existing elevators and ramps).
