Description of the project

The project involves the new construction of a facility for receiving, storing, drying, cleaning, and shipping grain in Zoria village, Rivne District, Rivne Region. The enterprise is designed for the reception, cleaning, drying, storage, and shipment of grain crops to both road and rail transport.

The designed buildings and structures are located in such a way that they ensure the operation of process equipment in sequence with the process flow.
Project solutions

The following sections have been developed in the project:

Explanatory Note (EN), Master Plan (MP), External Water Supply and Sewerage Networks (EWSN), Power Supply (PS), Production Technology (PT), Dust Removal (DR), Concrete (Reinforced Concrete) Structures (CS), Steel Structures (SS), Energy Certificate (EC), Lightning Protection (LP), Fire Alarm System (FAS), Architectural and Structural Solutions (ASS), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Water Supply and Sewerage (WS), Electrical Engineering Solutions (EES), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Construction Organization Project (COP), Cost Estimate Documentation (CED).

The construction will take place in two stages.

Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the following objects of buildings and structures, namely:
  • Grain receiving facility from motor vehicles, including: Stockpile pit, Metal shed
  • An operation grain cleaning tower, including: Elevator tower, Grain cleaning facility, Temporary waste storage facility, Operator's room with electrical control room
  • Wet grain storage area, including: Grain drying facility
  • Cooling silo with a conical bottom
  • Storage facility for dry cleaned grain
  • Underground gallery
  • Grain delivery facility for railway transport
  • Ramp for conveyors and underground gallery
  • Railway scales
  • Motor vehicle scales
  • Operator's weighing room
  • Fire extinguishing pumping station with a shed for a diesel generator
  • Fire tanks
