Description of the project
											The reconstruction pre-design proposes technical and process solutions for the construction of a facility located within the territory of the existing enterprise Skorokhodivsky Elevator.
To increase the capacity of the existing facility for the primary processing and storage of grains and oilseeds, the following improvements are planned:
Reconstruction of the receiving facility for motor vehicles
Installation of a new grain cleaning tower
Installation of storage warehouses for dry, cleaned grain
The reconstruction also includes the integration of additional grain
flows into the existing process flow to enhance the flexibility and productivity of the facility.

										

Project solutions

The following sections have been developed in the project:

Explanatory Note (EN), Master Plan (MP), Production Technology (PT), Cost Estimate Documentation (CED).

The construction will take place in one stage.

Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the following objects of buildings and structures, namely:

Dump pits with a canopy - 2 pcs.
Working grain cleaning tower
Flat-bottomed silos Ф22m - 3 pcs.
Elevator tower
Ramps for conveyors

Administrative and amenity building (modular type) with sewage treatment plant
Truck scales for 80 tons
Automatic sampler
Room for a grain sampler with a sample storage room (modular type)
