Description of the project
There are several buildings on the enterprise territory: warehouses, a laboratory, a canteen, which are not going to be demolished. These buildings are to be reconstructed and retrofitted for production of agrochemicals. There are also dilapidated buildings on the enterprise territory which have to be demolished. According to the plans, the enterprise territory will have three entrances. The construction is expected to be carried in one phase. The class of consequences (responsibility) is to be determined individually for each facility in the complex.
Project solutions
The project includes the following sections: explanatory note, site layout, process solutions, architectural and construction solutions, heating and ventilation, water supply and sewerage, electrical solutions, environmental impact assessment, construction planning design, and estimate documentation.
Design documentation «Reconstruction of Warehouses and Administrative and Utility Premises for the Production of Formulations Outside Settlements on the Territory of the Masivtsi Village Council, Khmelnytskyi District, Khmelnytskyi Region» was developed in accordance with the letter of intent and the design brief. The reconstruction of the premises is aimed at production of seaweed extract aqueous solution in 5, 10 and 1000 liter containers in the required quantity and range; maintaining the quality and reducing losses during its mixing and packaging. The project provides for reconstruction of the following buildings and structures:
- production shop with ancillary premises
- warehouses for raw materials and storage of pellets
- warehouse for storage of finished products
